Nate Negrin

President

Nate Negrin is the president and owner of SouthernEEZ®.

Prior to acquiring SouthernEEZ in 2015, Nate worked in the financial services industry for 10+ years where he focused on the agriculture and farming sectors. He graduated Cornell University with a degree in agriculture. Coupling education and career experiences enables Nate to bring a different approach to a mature industry.

Nate encourages the use of technology throughout the company. He buys equipment, supplies and planting materials in bulk to provide the highest end product to clients, and more effectively compete with large national concerns. He stays hands-on in every aspect of the business and can often be found at jobs sites ensuring the company’s quality and service standards.

Actually, SouthernEEZ is not Nate’s first landscaping venture. While in high school, Nate banded his football and wrestling buddies together to form Natescapes. It was kind of a “date money” project for Nate and his pals back in the day. Still, Nate formed the crews, scheduled the visits, collected the receivables and paid his team. And while there may have been some “dating loves” lost along the way, Nate’s passion for landscaping led to The Cornell Ag school and eventually to SouthernEEZ.

Nate lives in Charlotte with his wife and three children.
