Lead Irrigation Technician
Position: Lead Irrigation Technician
Description:
SouthernEEZ Landscaping is looking for an individual to join our team as a Lead Irrigation Technician. The ideal candidate will have familiarity and practical knowledge of irrigations systems, irrigation clocks, and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain irrigations systems.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties.
- Perform regular inspections and repairs of irrigation systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with irrigation systems.
- Adjust sprinkler heads and valves to ensure proper water distribution.
- Monitor water usage and make recommendations for water conservation.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Responsible for seasonal system start up and shut down.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of irrigation system installation and maintenance.
- Ability to build, repair, and modify irrigation components.
- Proficiency in landscape maintenance techniques.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair irrigation system issues.
- Familiarity with power tools used in irrigation system installation and maintenance.
- Ability to irrigate landscapes, gardens, and lawns efficiently.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools for various tasks.
- Ability to use computer software to track and understand job budgets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Work Location: Starts at offices in Fort Mill, SC

Fleet Manager & Mechanic
Position: Fleet Manager & Mechanic
Description:
SouthernEEZ Landscaping is looking for an individual to join our team as a fleet manager and mechanic. The ideal candidate will have familiarity and practical knowledge of diesel/gas trucks, commercial mowers and 2-cycle power equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, perform and track all preventative maintenance on fleet of all new Trucks, Mowers and Power Equipment.
- Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs safely and efficiently, with an emphasis on detailed record-keeping.
- Coordinate and Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of our property.
- Provide internal customer service with an emphasis on effective and high-quality results.
- Manage repair budget and inventories, including belts, filters, tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and organizational skills and comfort with technology.
- Detail oriented, thorough and safety minded.
- Solid vehicle and equipment mechanical skills.
- Ability to provide own tools to perform the job.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
