James Scoppa

Account Manager, Landscape Maintenance

James Scoppa is an Account Manager for SouthernEEZ® Landscape Maintenance, joining the company in 2026, and currently responsible for supporting commercial account relationships and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards.

In this role, James leverages his extensive landscape experience, which matured from his first summer landscaping job in high school, to owning and operating his own landscape company for more than 20 years, to more recently working for Regency at Palisades as a production and site manager, then account manager, on large HOA and commercial properties.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, James launched his own landscaping business in 2001 focusing on high-end residential maintenance and operated the company until 2023 before relocating to Fort Mill. Throughout his career, he has always made strong customer service and relationship building a #1 priority.

On a personal level, James is married and has one daughter. He enjoys spending time outdoors and fishing, but especially enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is a loyal sports fan and still follows the New England Patriots, Boston Bruins and Red Sox.
