Administrative Manager, Human Resources

Giovanni Jarrin is the Administrative Manager for SouthernEEZ™ Landscaping, joining the company in 2025. He is currently responsible for managing Human Resources, benefits, staffing and general liability.

Giovanni has more than 30 years of HR experience in various industries, including 13 years supporting another Charlotte landscaping company prior to joining SouthernEEZ.

Outside of work, Giovanni enjoys sampling barbecue, grilling throughout the year, supporting the Carolina Panthers and more than anything, spending time with his wife, Dolores and sons Joseph and Dominick.
