Account Manager, Landscape Maintenance

Dave is Account Manager for SouthernEEZ™ Landscape Maintenance, joining the company in 2025 and currently responsible for day-to-day management and support of contracted maintenance accounts.

A graduate of Appalachian State University, Dave earned his business degree with a concentration in computer science. He began his career in commercial landscaping, and quickly developed a deep appreciation for hard work and client service. That early hands-on experience shapes his business philosophy today – success comes from showing up, listening closely, and delivering results that last.

Dave has two daughters and resides in Davidson, NC. Outside of work, he enjoys exercising, golf, fishing and pickleball. He is also an avid sports fan rooting for the Panthers, Braves, Manchester City and, of course, Appstate.
