SouthernEEZ provides quality-first, full-service grounds maintenance to homeowners associations, multi-family communities, retail and office properties, warehouses, municipal parks and rights-of-way.

SouthernEEZ takes a holistic approach to maintenance services customizing annual programs to the unique landscape and budget requirements of each client and property. Working together, we create a comprehensive maintenance plan detailing a combination of services specifically designed for your turf, plant, bedding and other areas.

Services are contracted on an annual or multi-year basis, and include weekly visits and seasonal services. Additional services can be added to the plan at any time. See a full list of services here.
