Getting Started
SouthernEEZ™ was founded in 2010 primarily as a landscape maintenance business serving the area of Fort Mill, SC. The company was acquired in 2015 by Charlotte resident Nate Negrin, fulfilling a life-long dream of owning and growing a quality-first, full-service landscaping enterprise.

Today, SouthernEEZ is operated year-round by an experienced leadership team ensuring the company works as a respected and intelligent partner to its clients. We measure ourselves against the highest industry standards and every team member is accountable to those standards. Our ultimate goal is more than earning a client’s business, it’s earning a client’s trust. That’s how SouthernEEZ goes about its business every day.
Growing Up
Since 2015, there’s been a lot of growing and a lot of change at SouthernEEZ. Adding management and field personnel, trucks and landscaping equipment, as well as numerous commercial, residential and municipal clients to expand our reach across the greater Charlotte/Columbia metro.
