Operations Manager, N. Charlotte Branch

Stephaney Campbell is Operations Manager at the North Charlotte branch of SouthernEEZ Landscaping, joining the company in 2025, and currently responsible for managing day-to-day production, site inspections, quality control, fleet and equipment operations to ensure maintenance clients are serviced to the highest industry standard.

Stephaney’s passion for landscaping blossomed at a young age, helping her father on weekends with his lawn maintenance business and baling hay on her grandparent’s farm. Professionally, she has 20+ years of experience in the landscape industry, beginning her career where she grew up in Central Illinois and quickly growing into a branch manager role. Moving to Southwest Florida she continued her landscape career as an account manager while also becoming a Florida-licensed horticulturist. She continued as an account manager when relocating to South Carolina, enrolling at Clemson University and becoming a licensed horticulturist in the state as well.

Outside of work, Stephaney enjoys spending time with her family, partner Shelby and daughter Harper, coaching her daughter’s youth soccer team, hiking and exploring North Carolina’s beautiful waterfalls.
