Silvia Castro is HR Manager and Recruiter for SouthernEEZ, joining the company in 2024 and responsible for human resources and hiring functions.

Originally from Mexico, Silvia is bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English. Her recruiting experience spans more than 10 years, driven by a passion for empowering people to take on new opportunities and improve their overall careers. She enjoys meeting new people and embracing long-term friendships, which she has found to be incredibly rewarding throughout the years, both professionally and personally.

Outside of work, Silvia loves being a mom to her three wonderful children, a daughter and two sons. She eagerly supports them in their various activities, including football, color guard, basketball and track. She also enjoys spending her off-work hours outdoors, hiking and exercising.
