About Us

SouthernEEZ is a quality-first, full-service landscaping and maintenance company serving the Charlotte-Fort Mill-Rock Hill metro.

Established in 2010, SouthernEEZ is owned and operated by Charlotte resident Nate Negrin, a Cornell University graduate in Agriculture and Life Sciences, fulfilling a life-long dream of owning a landscaping business. Today, SouthernEEZ is the fastest-growing locally owned and operated landscape contractor in the area.

We love what we do and care about:

  • Building a reputation that makes our clients and employees proud
  • Exceeding our clients’ expectations for quality and service every day
  • Getting every project and visit done “right” the first time

SouthernEEZ operates internally like high-tech air traffic control center, dispatching installation and maintenance teams across the metro every day. Like planes circling the airport, every team is always in touch with the control center, reporting on their status, property and client interactions. When emergencies (e.g., limb down, sprinkler head busted, etc.) or other service needs arise, the control center sends electronic scheduling updates to the installation and maintenance teams for rapid turn-around.

SouthernEEZ is licensed, bonded and insured for all work we perform.
